1. Definitions
1.1. Seller – a natural or legal person specified in the Order for Goods, whose goods are sold on the website www.andraaccessories.com in accordance with these Rules and who is responsible for the execution of the order placed by the Buyer. The details of the Seller, with whom the purchase and sale agreement for the relevant goods is concluded in accordance with these Rules, are specified in the Order for Goods.
1.2. The website located at www.andraaccessories.com, where the Seller’s goods are sold and which is administered by Andra Staškevičiūtė, individual activity certificate No. 939328, correspondence address – Savanorių pr.394-15, Kaunas, LT – 49285, e-mail address – andra@andraaccessories.com.
1.3. Buyer:
1.3.1. a capable natural person, i.e. a person who has reached the age of majority, whose legal capacity is not restricted by court order;
1.3.2. a minor from fourteen to eighteen years of age who has the consent of his parents or guardians, except in cases where he is emancipated;
1.3.3. a legal person.
1.4. Parties – the Buyer and the Seller together.
1.5. Personal data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data and an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
1.6. Rules – these “Rules for the purchase and sale of goods www.andraaccessories.com”, which apply to each purchase by the Buyer on www.andraaccessories.com and to each Purchase and Sale Agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Seller.
1.7. Account – the result of the Buyer’s registration on www.andraaccessories.com based on the Rules for using www.andraaccessories.com, which creates a personal Buyer account that stores his/her personal data and order history.
1.8. Privacy Policy – a document approved by www.andraaccessories.com, which provides for the basic rules for the collection, storage, processing and storage of Personal Data when using www.andraaccessories.com. The processing of Personal Data by the Seller is carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the Seller. Before purchasing goods and concluding this agreement with the Seller, the Buyer should carefully familiarize himself/herself with the Seller’s personal data processing policy.
1.9. Agreement – a contract for the purchase and sale of the relevant Goods concluded between the Buyer and the Seller, which is considered concluded from the moment of confirmation of the Order, i.e. the moment of placing the order. It is considered that the terms of each Agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Seller are identical to the terms of these Rules and such Agreements are always performed by the parties in accordance with these Rules.
1.10. Order – an order for Goods, which specifies the Goods the Buyer wishes to purchase from the Seller, specified in the same order.
2. General provisions
2.2. After the Buyer approves the Rules during the first purchase transaction, the Rules apply to all the Buyer's purchases made on www.andraaccessories.com and to all purchase and sale agreements concluded with the Seller until the publication of the updated Rules. After updating the Rules, they apply in the manner discussed in this clause from their publication on www.andraaccessories.com.
2.3. Only Buyers, as defined in clause 1.3 of the Rules, have the right to buy on www.andraaccessories.com. By approving the Rules and having familiarized themselves with the Privacy Policy (clause 2.4 of the Rules) and the Rules for using www.andraaccessories.com, the Buyer confirms that he has the right to buy goods on www.andraaccessories.com.
2.4. If necessary or in the circumstances provided for in the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, www.andraaccessories.com has the right to change, amend or supplement the Rules. Buyers will be informed about this when purchasing goods from the Seller after the new version of the Rules comes into force.
2.5. The Buyer must familiarize themselves with the Privacy Policy approved and publicly published by www.andraaccessories.com.
2.6. If the Seller has the right or obligation to provide information or documents to the Buyer by e-mail, in all cases the Buyer is responsible for providing the Seller with a valid e-mail address belonging to the Buyer.
3. Ordering goods, the moment of establishing legal relations of purchase and sale
3.1. The Buyer may order goods on www.andraaccessories.com by choosing one of the following methods:
3.1.1. online at www.andraaccessories.com;
3.1.2. by phone;
3.1.3. by writing an e-mail to andra@andraaccessories.com.
3.2. When ordering goods in one of the ways specified in clause 3.1.1 of the Rules, the Buyer must indicate in the relevant information fields provided in the www.andraaccessories.com system his/her Personal data necessary for the proper execution of the order for goods, which are processed by www.andraaccessories.com in accordance with the procedure provided for in the Privacy Policy.
3.3. Orders for goods placed by phone or e-mail are carried out in accordance with the procedure provided for in the Rules and are subject to the provisions of the Privacy Policy. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the Rules and their application.
3.4. When the Buyer, having selected the purchased item and formed the shopping cart, completes all the steps of the order, the last of which is the selection and confirmation of the payment method, it is considered that a legal relationship of purchase and sale has arisen between the Seller and the Buyer and a purchase and sale agreement has been concluded. The Buyer is informed about the confirmation of the order by submitting a notification to the Buyer's specified e-mail address. The Seller sends the Buyer a link to the valid Rules together with the order confirmation to the Buyer's specified e-mail address.
3.5. By confirming the Rules, the Buyer agrees that the instructions for the ordered item in Lithuanian will be provided no later than at the time of delivery of the item to the Buyer's specified e-mail address. All essential information about the item and its features is provided in the Seller's product description www.andraaccessories.com.
3.6. Each Buyer's order is stored on www.andraaccessories.com and in the Seller's database in accordance with the procedure established in their privacy policy.
4. Buyer's rights
4.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods and order services at www.andraaccessories.com in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.
4.2. The Buyer has the right to refuse the order in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.
4.3. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.
4.4. The Buyer has the right to return the purchased goods in accordance with the procedure established by the Rules.
4.5. The Buyer has other rights established in these Rules, the Privacy Policy, the www.andraaccessories.com Terms of Use and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
4.6. Consumer disputes are resolved out of court by the State Consumer Rights Protection Service, registered office at Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt.
4.6.1. The buyer can submit requests or complaints on the electronic consumer dispute resolution platform http://ec.europa.eu/odr/.
5. Buyer's obligations
5.1. When using www.andraaccessories.com, the Buyer must fulfill his obligations, comply with these Rules, the Privacy Policy, the rules for using www.andraaccessories.com, other conditions clearly specified on www.andraaccessories.com, and not violate the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
5.2. The Buyer must pay for the ordered goods or services and accept them in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.
5.3. The Buyer is responsible for the information and/or documents provided to the customs office so that the goods are delivered properly and on time. We recommend that Buyers inquire in advance at the customs office about the total price of the goods, including customs duties, since the Buyer is responsible for all taxes applied outside the Republic of Lithuania.
6. Seller's rights
6.1. The Seller and www.andraaccessories.com have the right to cancel the Buyer's order without prior notice if the Buyer, having chosen the payment methods provided for in paragraphs 8.2.1 or 8.2.2 of the Rules, does not pay for the goods within 3 (three) business days.
6.2. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept returned Goods that are unique and, due to certain characteristics, cannot be reproduced or replaced with others.
6.3. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the goods if they are
returned not in the original, damaged packaging, have been used, dirty, damaged, mechanically damaged, without the Goods protection tag, without all labels, except for unique jewelry and accessories, which are issued with identification numbers and certificates confirming authenticity.
6.4. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept returned Goods that were manufactured according to the Buyer's individual orders or were modified according to the Buyer's wishes.
6.5. The Seller is not responsible for Goods sent by the Buyer in an unsafe manner, or Goods sent but not received.
7. Seller's obligations
7.1. The Seller undertakes to fulfill the Buyer's orders in accordance with the procedure established in these Rules and to communicate with the Buyer via the www.andraaccessories.com website and never to communicate with the Buyer via any other channels, except for cases when this is directly provided for in these Rules or on the www.andraaccessories.com website. The Buyer and the Seller hereby expressly confirm that any communication regarding the execution of the order carried out outside the www.andraaccessories.com website (system) does not oblige the parties and is not binding on them.
7.2. The Seller and www.andraaccessories.com undertake to respect the Buyer's privacy, to process the Buyer's Personal Data only in accordance with the Rules, Privacy Policy, www.andraaccessories.com Terms of Use and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.
7.3. Under the conditions established in the Rules, the Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer and to accept the goods returned by the Buyer.
7.4. In the event that the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer due to important circumstances, www.andraaccessories.com may offer him a similar product sold by the Seller by informing him about this via one of the contact details specified by the Buyer (by phone, SMS or e-mail). If the Buyer does not agree that the Seller's product would be replaced by a similar or analogous product sold by the Seller, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) business days, if an advance payment was made, and in all cases to cancel the order.
7.5. The Seller, not agreeing with the Buyer's requirements, must provide the Buyer with a detailed, reasoned written response no later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Buyer's application via www.andraaccessories.com, unless the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union provide otherwise.
7.6. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.
7.7. The Seller undertakes to fulfill other obligations imposed on the Seller by the Rules and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
8. Prices of goods, payment procedure and terms
8.1. Prices of goods on www.andraaccessories.com are indicated in euros, including the VAT rate valid at that time according to legal acts and other taxes, if any, if applicable.
8.2. The Buyer may pay for the ordered goods in one of the following ways (the choice may be limited, therefore the final list of payment methods applicable to the relevant order is indicated in the relevant order):
8.2.1. using electronic banking;
8.2.2. by bank transfer;
8.2.3. by other methods specified on the www.andraaccessories.com website.
8.3. When the Seller receives payment for the goods or receives confirmation of the financing of the purchase (when such a payment method is applicable and if the Buyer has chosen the payment method established in paragraph 8.2.3 of the Rules), the order for the goods is confirmed.
8.4. By approving the Rules, the Buyer agrees that the purchase documents for the goods - VAT invoices, which are also warranty documents applicable to the goods, may be submitted to him physically together with the goods or electronically to the e-mail address specified by the Buyer immediately after the order is completed. VAT invoices indicate the Seller's details, the selected goods, their quantity, discounts granted, the final price of the goods, including all taxes, and other data required to be provided as approved by the legal acts regulating accounting.
8.5. VAT invoices for goods purchased by the Buyer may also be placed in the Buyer's account at www.andraaccessories.com.
8.6. The price of the goods after the Seller has confirmed the order may change only in exceptional cases, when the price of the goods has changed due to a technical error in the information systems, correction of obvious (mistake-like) errors or other objective fundamental reasons beyond the Seller's control (with evidence substantiating these reasons). If in such a case the Buyer does not agree to purchase the goods at the new price, the Buyer may cancel the order by informing the Seller within 2 (two) business days via the contacts specified on the www.andraaccessories.com e-commerce website. If the order is canceled in accordance with the procedure provided for in this clause, the Seller undertakes to refund to the Buyer all amounts paid by him under such canceled order.
9. Delivery of goods
9.1. When ordering goods, the Buyer may choose one of the methods of delivery of goods specified in the specific offer of the goods sold by the Seller.
9.2. If the Buyer additionally requests home delivery of goods via Courier during the order:
9.2.1. The Buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
9.2.2. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. When accepting the goods, it is necessary to present a valid personal identification document (identity card, passport or new driver's license). If the Buyer does not accept the goods himself although the goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Seller has the right to transfer the goods to another person at the address specified by the Buyer, and the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of goods to an inappropriate person.
9.2.3. The Buyer undertakes to pay for additional courier services that are not provided for by the Seller when concluding the purchase and sale agreement.
9.3. The Buyer may collect the goods free of charge after prior agreement with the Seller. If the Buyer chooses this method when placing the order:
9.3.1. The ordered goods must be collected no later than within 3 (three) business days after the Seller has informed the Buyer by e-mail that the goods can be collected.
9.3.2. The goods may be collected only by the person who placed the order or the person specified when placing the order. When collecting the goods, it is necessary to have with you and present to the Seller a valid personal identification document (identity card, passport or new driver's license).
9.4. The delivery terms specified in the Product Description are preliminary. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the order confirmation. The delivery terms of the goods do not apply in cases where the Seller does not have the necessary goods in stock, and the Buyer is informed about the shortage of the goods ordered by him. By approving these Rules, the Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery of the goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control. In such a case, the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Buyer and agree on the terms of delivery of the goods and other conditions. If the Seller does not deliver the goods within the period specified in the order for the goods and the Parties do not agree on an additional period for the delivery of the goods, the Buyer may exercise the right established in clause 11.1 of the Rules to withdraw from the contract for the purchase and sale of goods or services.
9.5. The Seller is exempted from liability for violation of the terms of delivery of the goods if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the fault of third parties unrelated and/or independent of the Seller, or due to circumstances beyond the Buyer's control.
9.6. When delivering the goods to the Buyer, the Buyer must, together with the courier or his authorized representative, check the condition of the shipment and the goods(s) and sign the delivery-acceptance document of the shipment. After the Buyer signs the delivery-acceptance document, it is considered that the goods have been delivered in proper condition, without any damage that is not attributable to a manufacturing defect, and there are no discrepancies in the package of the goods(s) (such as can be determined during the external inspection of the goods). If the Buyer notices that the packaging of the delivered goods is damaged (crumpled, wet or otherwise externally damaged), the goods(s) are damaged and/or the goods(s) are of improper configuration, the Buyer must note this in the delivery-acceptance document of the goods and inform the Seller about this at andra@andraaccessories.com. If the Buyer fails to perform these actions, the Seller is exempted from liability for damage to the goods, when the basis for such damage is not a manufacturing defect, and for discrepancies in the configuration of the goods only if these discrepancies can be identified during the external inspection of the goods.
9.7. The risk of accidental damage to the goods or their deterioration passes to the Buyer from the moment the goods are transferred to the Buyer.
9.8. If, in accordance with clauses 9.2 - 9.4 of the Rules, the Buyer does not collect the goods within the specified time or fails to deliver them to the Buyer and the Buyer has paid for the goods and their delivery, the representatives contact the Buyer regarding another time and/or method of delivery of the goods. If the Buyer still does not collect the goods or fails to deliver them, such goods are returned to the Seller, the order is canceled, and the money paid for the goods is returned to the Buyer, after deducting bank fees applied to the Seller for bank transfers made, the delivery fee for the goods, if any, and the administrative fee.
10. Procedure for returning and exchanging goods
10.1. Right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement
10.1.1. The Buyer, indicating a good reason, has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement within 14 (fourteen) calendar days by notifying the Seller or andra@andraaccessories.com, where the Buyer informs the Seller about the Buyer's decision to withdraw from the agreement. The Buyer cannot exercise this right after concluding one of the contracts listed in Part 2 of Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.1.2. The Buyer shall notify www.andraaccessories.com of the withdrawal from the purchase and sale agreement by submitting a clear statement setting out his decision to withdraw from the agreement. The notification of withdrawal from the agreement shall be sent by e-mail to andra@andraaccessories.com. Upon receipt of the Buyer's notification, the Seller shall examine the request for return of the goods within 48 hours from the moment of their receipt (except in cases where weekends or holidays occur) and shall send a confirmation of receipt of the notification and inform the Seller of its decision.
10.1.3. If the Buyer has withdrawn from the purchase and sale agreement before the goods have been delivered to him, the Buyer must inform the Seller of this via the contacts specified on the website www.andraaccessories.com. The Buyer's withdrawal shall be formalized as a rejection of the order and the Seller shall be informed of this. If the goods have already been sent, the Buyer shall be responsible for covering the fees related to the sending and returning of the goods.
10.1.4. If the Buyer has withdrawn from the purchase and sale agreement after the goods have already been delivered or he has collected them, the provisions of clause 10.4 of the Rules shall apply.
10.2. Rules for exchanging, returning and quality guarantee of goods
10.2.1. The Buyer has the right to exchange the purchased goods for similar goods of different dimensions, shape, color, model or completeness within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of transfer of the goods to him. If a price difference arises when exchanging the goods, the Buyer must settle with the Seller according to the recalculated prices. The Buyer's notification of the desire to exercise the right provided for in this clause of the Rules with the specified returned goods is sent by e-mail to andra@andraaccessories.com.
10.2.2. If the Buyer does not like the shape, size, color, model or completeness of the purchased goods, the goods are returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2.3. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Seller evaluates them and, if there are no obstacles to this, undertakes to refund the money paid for the goods to the Buyer. The money is returned to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) business days after the Seller has received the returned goods and assessed the discrepancies or defects.
10.2.4. By approving these Rules, the Buyer agrees that the money will be returned to the Buyer's bank account, unless the Buyer and the Seller agree otherwise.
10.2.5. The procedure for returning goods and money is provided for in clause 10.4 of the Rules.
10.2.6. In order for the Buyer to return the goods, the following conditions must be met:
10.2.6.1. notify the Seller about this by using the contact information specified in the invoice or by e-mail to andra@andraaccessories.com. The notification must indicate the goods being returned; the reason for the return.
10.2.6.2. provide a document of purchase of the goods, a document confirming the warranty (if it was issued) and a certificate of authenticity of the product. In the absence of at least one of the listed documents accompanying the Product, the Seller has the right to refuse to accept the returned product as incomplete.
10.2.6.3. submit a free-form application and submit it to the Seller or www.andraaccessories.com.
10.2.7. No refunds will be given for those goods that have been damaged (affected by chemicals, water, moisture, open fire, high temperature, sharp objects, etc.), or if the rules for the use or storage of the goods have been violated, or the goods have been worn, used improperly or not for their intended purpose.
10.2.8. The Seller provides a warranty of at least 12 months for products purchased in the www.andraaccessories.com online store in accordance with Article 6.364 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. Part 3 only if the Buyer complies with the instructions for use and storage of the goods. This obligation does not apply to the Seller if the Buyer has not complied with the requirements specified by the Seller or has otherwise damaged the Goods himself.
10.2.9. The Seller does not accept back the goods if they were manufactured according to the Buyer's individual order or were modified at the Buyer's request, or were otherwise changed from their original state due to the Buyer's request.
10.3. Exchange and return of goods in case of delivery of the wrong goods
10.3.1. If the Buyer has been delivered the wrong goods, the Buyer must immediately, but no later than within 7 (seven) business days, inform www.andraaccessories.com about this by e-mail andra@andraaccessories.com or by calling the phone number +370 645 49091. Upon receipt of information about the wrong goods delivered, in accordance with Article 6.364 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. Part 3. informs the Seller about this, who undertakes to collect such goods at his own expense and replace them with suitable goods. In the event that the Seller does not have the ordered goods, he returns the money paid for the goods to the Buyer. The money is returned to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) business days after the Seller receives the goods returned by the Buyer.
10.3.2. The procedure for returning goods and money is provided for in clause 10.4 of the Rules.
10.4. Procedure for returning goods and money
10.4.1. Regarding the return of goods purchased from Sellers, the Buyer has the right to contact the Seller directly or www.andraaccessories.com.
10.4.2. The Buyer may exercise the right to return goods only if the deadline for returning the goods has not been missed. When returning goods in the cases specified in clauses 10.1.-10.3. of the Rules, additional requirements apply: the goods have not been damaged or their appearance has not changed significantly, and they have not been used - all returned goods must have authentic labels, protective bags and original packaging.
10.4.3. When returning goods, the Buyer must indicate the sender's address and properly pack the goods so that they are not damaged during shipping. The Seller from whom the Buyer purchased the goods has the right not to refund the money for the goods that are returned with defects. The Seller is not responsible for the parcels that were sent by the Buyer in improper packaging, with an incorrect address, as well as if the parcels were lost or damaged during the return to the Seller.
10.4.4. If the Buyer purchased a set of goods at www.andraaccessories.com, he must return the entire set of goods to the Seller, i.e. The Buyer may exercise the rights provided for the return of goods only in relation to all goods in the set. In the event that at least one of the goods in the set does not meet the requirements provided for in paragraph 10.4.2 of the Rules, the Seller has the right to refuse to accept the entire set of goods returned.
10.4.5. The Buyer, having exercised the rights provided for in paragraphs 10.1-10.4 of the Rules, must fulfill the requirements for the return of goods provided for in the Rules and follow the procedure provided for therein.
10.4.6. The Buyer may return the Goods by returning them via couriers, parcel machines or directly to the Seller. The Goods must be returned to the Seller at the address indicated in the invoice provided by the Seller to the Buyer or via www.andraaccessories.com, which in turn transfers the returned goods to the Seller.
The Seller recommends returning the goods using safe and insured delivery companies, as the Seller does not assume responsibility for undelivered goods. The Buyer shall pay the return shipping costs.
10.4.7. If the Buyer has exercised the rights set forth in clauses 10.1, 10.3-10.4 of the Rules, the money shall be refunded to him within 14 (fourteen) business days after the goods have been returned to the Seller.
10.4.8. By approving these Rules, the Buyer agrees that the money shall be refunded to the Buyer's bank account, unless the Buyer and the Seller agree otherwise.
10.4.9. Upon exercising the rights set forth in clauses 10.1.-10.3 of the Rules, the Buyer shall be refunded: the price of the goods, the administrative fee, if any, shall be applied. The costs of delivering the goods shall not be refunded. Upon exercising the rights set forth in clauses 10.3 of the Rules, the Buyer shall be refunded: the price of the goods, the administrative fee, if any, shall be applied, the costs of delivering the goods, the costs of returning the goods shall not be reimbursed.
10.4.10. If the Buyer has chosen a method of delivery other than that offered by the Seller, the costs of the other method of delivery chosen by the Buyer exceeding the costs of this method are non-refundable.
10.4.11. The Seller has the right not to refund the amounts paid by the Consumer until the goods have been transferred to www.andraaccessories.com and have not been checked by the Seller for compliance with clause 10.4.2 of the Rules.
11. Buyer's Liability
11.1. The Buyer is liable for illegal actions performed while using www.andraaccessories.com.
11.2. The Buyer is liable for the storage and/or transfer of his/her login data to third parties. If the services provided by www.andraaccesories.com are used by a third party who has logged in to www.andraaccesories.com using the Buyer's login data, the Seller shall consider this person to be the Buyer.
11.3. The Seller shall be exempt from any liability in cases where losses arise due to the fact that the Buyer, disregarding the Seller's recommendations and his/her obligations, did not familiarize himself/herself with these Rules, Privacy Policy, www.andraaccesories.com Terms of Use, although he/she was given such an opportunity.
11.4. If www.andraaccesories.com contains links to other third-party websites, www.andraaccesories.com does not guarantee that the information that can be viewed by clicking on these links is correct, complete or accurate. Third parties are responsible for the content, correctness, completeness and accuracy of the information provided by third parties. www.andraaccesories.com is not obliged to check the transmitted or stored external information or to detect illegal actions.
11.5. www.andraaccesories.com is not responsible for the proper performance of mutual obligations between the Buyer and the Seller, whose goods or services the Buyer orders using www.andraaccesories.com.
12. Exchange of information
12.1. All communication related to the purchase of goods using www.andraaccesories.com, regardless of the Seller of the goods, is carried out through www.andraaccesories.com, the contacts specified on the www.andraaccesories.com e-commerce website. In the event that the Buyer and the Seller communicate regarding the goods in other ways than through www.andraaccesories.com, www.andraaccesories.com does not assume any responsibility and risks that may arise from such communication.
12.2. www.andraaccesories.com shall send all notifications in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy to the Buyer's e-mail address specified during registration or when ordering goods or by SMS to the phone number specified by him.
13. Final provisions
13.1. These Rules have been drawn up in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
13.2. The law of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply to relations arising on the basis of these Rules.
13.3. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved by negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached within 20 (twenty) calendar days, disputes may be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
