• The Buyer has the right to return the goods no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. In order to return the goods, it is necessary to inform the Seller about the return of the goods by e-mail andra@andraaccessories.com.

• The returned goods must be in the original undamaged packaging.

• The goods can be returned only if they were unused, clean, undamaged, with the Goods Protection Tag (please do not remove it!), with all possible labels and in the original packaging, except for one-off jewelry and accessories, which are issued with identification numbers and certificates of authenticity, as they are not returnable.

• IMPORTANT! Mechanical damage to the goods, such as scratches, tears, thread pullouts, crystal breakage, etc., are not considered defects. defects that have arisen due to non-compliance with or ignorance of the Goods Care Rules, as well as minor defects that do not affect operation.

• The warranty does not apply to minor repairs, replaceable finishing details.

• ATTENTION! The warranty does not apply to individual decorative elements, such as applications, buckles, bows, beads, crystals, feathers, etc.

• Products that are one-of-a-kind are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

• Products made according to individual orders or modified according to the Buyer's wishes are non-returnable.

• Upon receipt of the returned product and assessment of its condition, the Seller undertakes to refund the Buyer the money for the paid goods within 14 business days to the same account from which the payment was received.

• Some details, color and appearance of the products displayed on different computers and (or) monitors may differ from the real one. The Seller is not responsible for the Buyer's hasty and thoughtless decisions.

• Return requests are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt, except for weekends or holidays.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
